* Study Group.  Eligible participants are partially and fully trained EMDR therapists.  The group discusses cases (with no PHI) regarding the use of EMDR therapy.  Participants obtain feedback from each other to improve their clinical skills and demonstrate fidelity to approved EMDR therapy protocols.  This Study Group is not consultation cannot be used to document consultation hours towards EMDRIA certification.   

Study Group Facilitator.   Tanya Randolph-Elgin, Psy.D. is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist and our Co-Regional Coordinator. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice at Foundations Counseling, Inc. located in Stromsburg, Nebraska.  Tanya’s clinical areas of expertise include cognitive approaches to help people with decision making skills, depression, and anxiety, as well as issues related to trauma and adoption (using TBRI). 

Eligibility Requirements.  This workshop is limited to partially and fully trained EMDR therapists.  All members of our Regional Network are eligible to attendFor other attendees, If verification of completion of the EMDR Therapy Basic Training cannot be obtained from the EMDR Institute's website, participants will need to fax, mail, or e-mail a copy of the certificate of completion to the Regional Coordinator:  Brenda Rohren; c/o 7441 O Street, Suite 107; Lincoln, Nebraska 68510; Tel: (402) 486-1101; Fax: (402) 486-4342; brenda@sene-emdria.org.

Cost and Registration.  Thanks to our corporate sponsor (Behavioral Health Resources, LLC), there is no cost for this event.  To register, click on the "Register" icon to the left.  If you are already a Regional Network member, login to your account before registering.   Registration is limited to 30 attendees.   

Need a Hotel?  Because we contract with the Training for Addiction Professionals (TAP) Program for the workshop site, attendees at our workshops are eligible for discounted rates at the New Victorian Inn & Suites, located in close proximity to the workshop site (at 225 N. 50th Street).  Mention that you are attending a TAP training when you register and you will receive the discounted rates:   $54.99 + taxes for a King Suite and $64.99 for a Double Queen Suite.

Note Regarding Change of Meeting Topic 

The focus of our Regional Network meeting scheduled for October 14 was originally titled "Use of the DES and MID in EMDR Therapy" presented by our Regional Coordinator, Brenda Rohren.  However, this was changed to be a Study Group after we confirmed a presentation scheduled in 2018 as described below. 

D. Michael Coy, LICSW is the co-author of the revised Multidimensional Inventory of Dissociation (MID).  He will be the featured presenter at our Regional Network meeting to be held on April 28, 2018, titled, "Updated MID Analysis 4.0 and Expanded MID Manual."  Click here for more information.
