Description of the Webinar
In panic disorders, interoceptive cues become triggers for subsequent panic attacks; therefore, it is useful to view them as a phobic reaction to bodily sensations. This webinar will describe how to use EMDR therapy in the treatment of panic disorder. Information will be given on what needs to be accomplished in each of the 8 phases of EMDR therapy to be effective with this population.
